Oh the fun with friends

So, yesterday (aka Saturday the third of October year 2009), I had gone to my friend's early Birthday Party (or as say, Birthday Lunch), to the Palms Hotel here in Vegas. In the beginning, much wasn't that exciting, besides eating.

The only people attending were Jennifer (the birthday girl), Her mom, Erika (the new friend made), Erika's mom, another adult, Cheyanne, Kylie, and I.

After eating, we started to talk a bit, and random stuff. This is where we really did start being 'friends' and such, and it was fun. Although I was bored half the time and it was not till it was after we left the buffet my sis and I really started to talk to Erika (our new friend). We went to the food court, cause we can't get kicked out there, and started talking. The game " Rock, Paper, Slap" and come up, and my sis and Erika PWN at it. I dropped out from playing with Cheyanne cause I got a bit bored, and probably because I have lower pain tolerance.

Erika and Kylie's game of "Rock, Paper, Slap" was so.... Vicious. You could say. Cause every time they slapped each others hand, it sounded like a wip cracking. And my sis, being she has a really bad skin condition (she had scabs from itching and stuff), her had was bleeding (the one that was being slapped). It was painful watching it too, because of the loud sound they get from slapping each other D: Yet, it was so urging to watch. Sorta weird. Both of them lasted about 40 minutes, before calling it a tie. And thanks to cold liquid, they had something to rest there hands upon. Both of them couldn't feel their hands at one point, but the nerves started working after a bit. I fail at the game with Chey, because we fail making that large wip-like sound. So it doesn't sound that bad, although it hurts like..... yeah.

They earned a few stares from passerby's, and people were like "O.o What the Heck are they doing?" Type of thing.

I actually saw a classmate from school there, again, like how I saw her at the Library earlier in the week. It was weird. D: yet sorta neat at the same time.

Then we went on with jokes, and some fairly racist at the same time. One joke was -
There was a blond, brunet, and red head. They had died, and had to pass up 1000 steps to get to Heaven. They must tell all truths, all the way up on each step if they wish to pass. First, the Red Head had made it up 1/4 of the way before telling a lie and falling to He**. The Brunet had made it half-way before telling a lie, and fell to He** also. Once the Blond stepped on the first step, she said, "Wait, let me think" and then had fallen also.

We also talked about the "Friends, Best Friends" thing also, like this =
FRIENDS: Comfort you when you get dumped
BEST FRIENDS: Go up to the guy that dumped you and say, "It's because you're gay, isn't it?"

But then, the time to leave had come along, and we had to go home. But still, it was a really fun time :) And I'll be getting to do that again on Halloween, when it swings around again.

This is all random, about my life, so no need to comment unless if you want to. I only do this because I'm bored.

*does the happy dance* I've finally got a new library card! :)

So, being that I'm still in grade school in the united states, we have our buses and bus stops. One of the bus stops are so close to my local library, so I'll be able to go there almost everyday! It's only the walk that is a bit terrible. At least I'll get a longer 5-days-a-week walk, so more leg strength! Eventually, I should be able to go without a problem. Just the time when I get home. But what over-comes that would be the clubs that occur in High School, so I would have to go on the weekends.

I haven't been to the library since..... I was in Kindergarten? So, I need to get use to the system again, and where everything is. So I have some troubles. But I'm sure I'll be fine! *sweat-dropping*

Everything there is.... So.... NEW from what I remember! They use to have this one long desk in the beginning of the library where you check out everything, line and all. But now.... It's a self check out. It's so... High-tech.... It sorta scares me... But being that I have trouble talking to people, it helps out a bit. The library is fairly large, so you could get a bit lost. I remember going to the long other side, and the lights were turned off, so it scared me a bit... -_-'' Dear god, It might still scare me.

I haven't seen all of the building itself yet, because I only needed to check out a book. They actually have a whole different part to it, which is a sculpture/art museum. So someday, I plan to go there if there is no entrance fee. (Yes, I am such a cheep-scape you could say)

And now, I could make my local library a meeting place for my friends and I when I have gotten projects, cosplay (maybe), going to the park, and such when I have my driver's license/permit. It would be so fun! But the only sad part is that it would take some time. A lot of time. Just because one of my close friends is a long way apart from where I live, so it would be a pain. But at least I'll be able to see another one of my friend, if she's willing to cosplay, could join us! Because the area I live in has a lot of parks, we would have are little photo-shots there. So hurray!

- This journal has not much of a potential, so it is pretty much me talking about my life... Like how most blogs are? I apologize if it bores you.
